I've always been active, but never had proper training before Nick started training me. I used to swim, run, and lift weights. I skied, snowboarded, surfed, but didn't reach my lofty goals. Within a month of Nick adjusting my workouts I was getting amazing results, and fitter than I had ever been. It didn't take long.
His teaching saved me misguided effort and turned my exertion into something which actually built my fitness instead of keeping me busy.
