At Fitbodz studio we offer 2 basic training options

Obviously each individual requires a tailored plan, these will be personalized to meet your needs:

• Standard PT session
• 2-4 Person Group Training

Standard PT Session

This is a series of 55 minute sessions that begin with discussion of: where you currently are physically, where you’d like to be, how to prioritize your goals and the designing of a fitness roadmap that will help you maximize results over the course of our training.

Subsequent sessions will begin with a postural analysis and vary based on the required adjustment of different muscle groups, individual fitness goals, and Nick’s analysis of your physical needs.

If fat loss is the goal clients are progressed as quickly as safely possible to a high intensity interval training program or H.I.I.T program. A quick google search will reveal that this the quickest way to raise the metabolic rate which is the most effective way to get results. If you like kickboxing or boxing we can include as much or as little as you like. It is the preferred method of cardio exercise at the studio as Nick has a strong background in combat sports.




Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching

Coping with modern life can leave a person overweight, depressed and feeling helpless to make the changes they desire. Nick offers coaching to pull you out of your bad habits, adjust your diet long-term, not the standard “eat 5 small meals of mostly protein” advice that you hear over and over. Diets are designed to end at some point and when they do any physical improvement quickly disappears. Just as our bodies and facial features differ so do our nutritional needs. The sooner you find out what foods your body functions best on the sooner you can enjoy a more energized, healthier and happier existence.

2-4 Person Group Training

This is a session designed for people who prefer to train with their friends, co-workers or partners. It is generally run as a circuit style session and I can accommodate for differing fitness levels.

Everyone who trains regularly at FITBODZ can expect ongoing nutritional advice, holistic health tips, and fitness programs designed for use on business trips, as well as open lines of communication regarding all fitness matters.


FITBODZ is available not only as a gym and a personal training studio, but also as a resource for all fitness and health related questions and concerns. Regular clients can leave thier training shoes and boxing gloves at the studio.
