make the changes they desire. Nick offers coaching
to pull you out of your bad habits, adjust your
diet long-term, not the standard “eat
5 small meals of mostly protein” advice
that you hear over and over. Diets are designed
to end at some point and when they do any physical
improvement quickly disappears. Just as our
bodies and facial features differ so do our
nutritional needs. The sooner you find out what
foods your body functions best on the sooner
you can enjoy a more energized, healthier and
happier existence.

Person Group Training
This
is a session designed for people who prefer
to train with their friends, co-workers or partners.
It is generally run as a circuit style session
and I can accommodate for differing fitness
levels.
Everyone
who trains regularly at FITBODZ can expect ongoing
nutritional advice, holistic health tips, and
fitness programs designed for use on business
trips, as well as open lines of communication
regarding all fitness matters. |
